Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Technician will perform both preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment/systems in assigned facilities, ensuring the safety and functionality of the building.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on various building systems.
• Assist mechanics in repair efforts and independently perform defined tasks.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, plumbing components, and locks.
• Complete documentation for fire extinguishers and other building systems.
• Prepare, prime, and paint building surfaces.
• Prioritize work orders and manage maintenance tasks.
• Comply with safety procedures and conduct hazard assessments.
• Submit daily receipts and update work order status in real-time.
• Lift heavy objects and work in adverse conditions as needed.
• Be available for call-in work and perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in maintenance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: EPA Universal License and BAS experience.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
