Operating Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Operating Engineer will focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment on various systems, specializing in Paint and Patch for site maintenance.

In Short

• Operate and maintain facility equipment.
• Specialize in Paint and Patch maintenance.
• Demonstrate technical expertise in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Central Utility Plant Operations.
• Complete safety trainings and maintain compliance with safety procedures.
• Utilize CMMS for work order management.
• Lift and carry tools as required.
• Work in various conditions, including extreme temperatures.
• Participate in safety meetings.
• Be available for call-in work.
• Update work order status in real time.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in maintenance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with hand tools and power tools.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, CMMS).
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance.
• Experience in carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to recognize and address safety hazards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
