Overview

The Mobile Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing various building systems and equipment, ensuring optimal functionality of building infrastructure.

• Maintain and repair electrical components, HVAC/R systems, plumbing, and automation equipment.
• Provide technical support for facility operations.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency situations.
• Document work activities and maintain compliance with safety procedures.
• Lift heavy equipment and use ladders as needed.
• Work independently or in teams with flexibility in hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Hands-on electrical experience and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Strong reasoning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Physical capability to lift 80+ lbs and climb ladders.
• Self-motivated and flexible with work hours.
• Experience with food service equipment maintenance.
• Completion of technical training program preferred.
• EPA Certification preferred.
