The Mailroom and Admin Coordinator will serve as the professional face of the client organization, providing exceptional reception and mailroom services while supporting the facilities team with administrative tasks.

In Short

  • Deliver high-quality mailroom services including processing and distribution.
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities team.
  • Process invoices within JLL systems.
  • Drive digital influence by maximizing digital distribution of correspondence.

  • Backfill roles and support other functions as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in mailroom operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and solve complex problems.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
  • Strong presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple systems and daily activities.
