Junior Reliability Engineer - Remote

Overview

JLL is looking for an individual interested in a Junior Reliability Engineer position to support our client as we complete our asset data validation program for managed field assets.

In Short

• Support asset data validation program for managed field assets.
• Perform data validation around HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing assets.
• Travel to facilities for asset/equipment validation.
• Gather basic asset information and provide condition assessments.
• Organize and process data for CMMS platform upload.
• Provide weekly project status reports.
• Work with real estate personnel for assessment.
• Detail-oriented and flexible in tackling challenges.
• Requires a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Hybrid position with up to 75% travel.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC or Electrical systems.
• Technical degree or engineering preferred.
• Experience in commercial construction is a plus.
• Self-motivated and independent thinker.
• Advanced computer skills (MS Office).
• Project management experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to develop trust with stakeholders.
• Flexible and eager to tackle new challenges.
• Certified Reliability Leader is preferred.
