Overview

The IFS Vendor Coordinator will oversee vendor compliance, communication, and development while approving invoices, supporting facility activities, and serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance from third-party services.

In Short

  • Oversee vendor compliance and communication.
  • Approve invoices and manage vendor relationships.
  • Provide status updates on work orders.
  • Assist in problem-solving for building services.
  • Initiate and maintain vendor business relationships.
  • Monitor and report on vendor performance.
  • Assist with budgetary requests and analysis.
  • Act as a liaison between account teams.
  • Handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Continuously seek to improve processes for client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Facility or Property Administration.
  • Associate degree in facilities management, business, or related field.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage work under time constraints.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Familiarity with Corrigo CMMS is preferred.
