Facility Coordinator / General Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

As a Cross-Functional Facility Coordinator/Maintenance Technician, you will support client operations, manage vendors, conduct quality control site visits, and assist the Facility Manager in delivering various services.

• Manage and coordinate with subcontracted service suppliers.
• Conduct site inspections to evaluate vendor performance.
• Handle work order management and dispatching.
• Assist in the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Experience with CMMS/Work Order systems, Corrigo is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in facilities or property management preferred.
• Understanding of technical aspects of property management is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and flexible.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Critical thinking and driven to achieve excellence.
• Ability to perform minor repairs as needed.
