Facility Maintenance Technician - Remote

Overview

As a Facility Maintenance Technician at U-Haul, you will collaborate with other technicians to perform maintenance and repairs on facilities, utilizing your technical skills to accomplish complex projects.

In Short

• Inspect, maintain and build new buildings.
• Perform general maintenance, installation, repair, and service.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections.
• Work with a variety of hand and power tools.
• Complete work requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Experience in electrical, A/C, HVAC, plumbing, or landscaping.
• Valid driver's license.
• D.O.T certification (can be sponsored).
• Ability to work in various conditions.
• Willingness to use protective gear as needed.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
