Facilities Manager - Remote

Overview

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing facility operations, supporting the Sr. Facilities Manager and ensuring client satisfaction through effective service delivery.

• Coordinate tenant requirements and service delivery.
• Develop innovative programs to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Oversee reporting requirements based on client needs.
• Manage work assignments for building technicians and contractors.
• Assist in developing annual management plans and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with client and JLL policies.
• Share best practices within the facilities management team.
• Manage contractors on-site for service delivery.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Accomplish Key Performance Indicators as per the performance agreement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience required.
• 3+ years in Facilities Management with technical emphasis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing both technical and administrative staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management preferred.
• MBA is a plus.
