Facilities Maintenance Mechanic - Remote

Overview

The role of the Maintenance Mechanic is to provide the necessary skill sets required to perform the maintenance and repairs to preserve the physical assets of the Building, Systems, and Equipment under the direction of the Facility and Operations Managers.

Requirements

• Journeyman certification in HVAC, Electrical, or Mechanical craft areas.
• Five plus years of facility maintenance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HVAC/R systems and preventative maintenance.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems like MAXIMO is helpful.
• Experience with pumps, motors, and hydraulics.
• Knowledge of building automation and monitoring systems.
• Ability to participate in safety compliance and training.
• Maintain current licenses for forklift and aerial lift operation.
