Overview

The Critical Environments Operating Engineer will be responsible for operating and maintaining critical data center infrastructure, ensuring continuous operation and best practices in a 24/7 managed environment.

In Short

• Operate and maintain critical data center infrastructure.
• Work in a team of over 10 engineers.
• Manage electrical and mechanical systems including UPS and HVAC.
• Monitor and perform preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents affecting critical systems.

• Record and analyze system operations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in data center operations.
• 1+ year of experience with UPS and emergency generators.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• EPA 608/Universal certification.
• Experience with CMMS and BMS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Flexibility to cover various shifts.
