Overview

As an Assistant Commercial Manager at JLL, you will oversee and optimize commercial aspects of the Integrated Facilities Management contract with Johnson & Johnson, ensuring compliance and enhancing service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial management.
• Strong understanding of IFM contracts and service delivery models.
• Excellent financial analysis and budgeting skills.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• IFMA or other relevant professional certifications.
