Overview

As an Office & Contract Administrator, you will ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere at our Hamburg location, particularly when teams or clients meet on-site.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Fluent in German (C2 level) and very good English skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in office management; contract management experience is a plus.
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Google Workspace and Slack is a plus.
  • Certification as a safety officer is a plus.
