Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.

In Short

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage the front office area to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and update databases.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure availability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or front office role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
