Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in development operations.

• Expertise in IRS and fundraising guidelines.
• Experience with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and data visualization skills.
• Experience managing people and project teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
