Overview

The Managed Services Systems Administrator III is responsible for managing systems, servers, and databases for Jenzabar solutions, providing technical expertise and solutions to clients.

In Short

• Work independently or in a team to solve technical issues.
• Manage systems and servers for Jenzabar products.
• Provide technical expertise for software/hardware projects.
• Document standard and custom configurations.
• Respond to customer tickets in a professional manner.
• Perform server checks and identify problems proactively.
• Assist customers with system issues.
• Install and upgrade SQL Server.

• Perform data migrations from on-prem to hosted environments.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a Systems Administrator role.
• Experience with web and application servers.
• Proficient in Windows or Linux environments.
• Experience in a virtualized environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong communication skills.
