Overview

We are seeking a visionary, strategic, and hands-on Director of Digital Transformation to lead the Asentium's digital evolution. You will be responsible for developing and executing transformation strategies that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business innovation through modern technologies and data-driven approaches.

• Develop and lead the digital transformation roadmap aligned to the organisation's strategic goals.

• Regularly report progress to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years in digital transformation or technology leadership.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technologies and agile methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional digital initiatives.
• Expertise in website development and digital marketing performance.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and digital program portfolios.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
