Data Analytics Trainee - Remote

Overview

Jellyfish is seeking a dynamic young talent to join our team as a Trainee in Data Analytics. This program is designed for recent graduates or students in their final semesters who wish to develop skills in digital analytics, data management, and insight generation, working in an innovative and results-oriented environment.

In Short

• Support data collection, cleaning, and validation from various digital platforms.
• Collaborate on the creation of reports and dashboards for tracking client and internal project KPIs.
• Assist in analyzing digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, revenue, etc.).
• Contribute to the implementation and validation of tagging on websites and applications to ensure data quality.
• Participate in meetings with internal marketing, technology, and strategy teams to align measurement objectives.
• Propose innovative ideas to improve data visualization, governance, and utilization.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in fields such as Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of visualization tools (Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
• Familiarity with data management and analysis tools (Excel, SQL; R or Python are a plus).
• Interest in data analysis and generating actionable insights for business.
• Proactivity, attention to detail, and teamwork problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work in a hybrid scheme within CDMX.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken) for documentation reading and communication with global teams.
• PLUS: Basic knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Quantum Metrics, Appsflyer, etc.).
