You'll work directly with an absolute expert in conversion optimization and growth hacking - perfect mentorship opportunity for someone technically skilled but wanting to specialize in marketing tech.

In Short

• Create Figma designs from wireframes
• Build responsive Webflow pages from designs/wireframes
• Write JavaScript for A/B tests in Growthbook (using AI)
• Make Shopify theme modifications based on wireframes
• Set up tracking in Google Analytics, BigQuery, Microsoft Clarity
• Create new projects in Growthbook
• Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns
• Quality assurance testing of test variations, landing pages, and ads
• Record QA processes with Loom for client documentation

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in web development
• Experience with modern web tools and APIs
• Comfortable learning new platforms quickly
• Interest in data-driven marketing and optimization
• Detail-oriented and extremely diligent work ethic
• Enjoys problem-solving with AI assistance (ChatGPT, etc.)
