Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven track record of impactful, customer-facing projects.
• Proficient in Ruby/Rails, Python, React, HAML, JavaScript/Typescript.
• Experienced in SaaS and data architecture.
• Adept in nurturing technical teams through supportive leadership.
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
