• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and improve metrics, models, and documentation.
• Own analysis from concept to implementation, building Looker reports and dashboards.
• Develop and optimize Looker dashboards to surface insights and track business performance.
• Help build and refine data models using DBT and Snowflake.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to drive decision-making.
• Work with ambiguous requirements to deliver valuable insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a data analyst in a high growth environment.
• Strong experience with SQL, DBT, and Looker.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical insights.
• Experience working with marketing teams to define business requirements.
• Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Github/version control.
