Requirements

Deep experience with Ruby on Rails, especially in legacy codebases.
Experience building internal platforms or frameworks.
Comfortable with CI/CD and observability tools.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Bonus: Experience with Sidekiq, AnyCable, or event-driven architectures.
Bonus: Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud-native service deployment.
