Overview

As a Help Desk Associate - Tier 1 at EZCORP, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support for IT-related issues across various communication channels.

In Short

  • Handle 100% of daily tickets submitted.
  • Meet established SLAs for various services.
  • Follow documentation and registration procedures.
  • Achieve a minimum of 90% user satisfaction.
  • Document resolutions in the knowledge base.
  • Provide support for hardware and software issues.
  • Assist customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Work with Windows operating systems and MS/O365.
  • Have 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Contribute to a purpose-driven team environment.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of hardware and software.
  • Experience in customer service and IT support.
  • Familiarity with MS/AD and basic networking.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures.
  • Experience with Windows OS (7, 10, 11).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or Call Center role.
  • Passion for service excellence.
