Producer for Game Development - Remote

Overview

As a Producer on RuneScape: Dragonwilds, you will lead game development teams and ensure excellent quality at every milestone in a highly collaborative environment.

In Short

• Own key areas of game delivery through all phases of production.
• Partner closely with Senior Producer and Development Director.
• Collaborate with Leads and Directors to align expectations and priorities.
• Adapt production processes to fit the unique needs of each team.
• Monitor team progress and provide regular updates on status and risks.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively with mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate cross-discipline communication to tackle blockers.
• Track and communicate decisions, actions, and outcomes effectively.
• Champion best practices across production and mentor junior team members.
• Promote a collaborative and communicative team culture.

Requirements

• Experience as a Producer or in a similar leadership role in game development.
• Strong understanding of game development workflows and production lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects using Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar project tracking tools.
• Proactive communicator who builds trust across teams.
• Team motivator with positive relationships across disciplines.
• Passion for quality and player-focused development.
