Senior Food Sciences Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Food Sciences Consultant and Registered Dietitian who has a background in assessing the safety of food ingredients, products, and processes to ensure client compliance with regulations, and advise clients on risk reduction and management.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or equivalent in toxicology, food science, or a related field.
• Registered Dietitian.
• Strong understanding of toxicology and risk assessment methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex data and draw conclusions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills related to food safety and toxicology.
• Collaborative skills to work with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations.
