Senior D365 F&O System Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior D365 System Analyst to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment through multiple projects especially around M&A integrations.

In Short

• Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Manage and execute data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Provide subject matter expertise in project accounting, time entry, and expense reporting modules.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Act as a project lead or key contributor on assigned initiatives.
• Provide training and support to end-users and junior analysts.
• Design and implement interfaces to other business applications.
• Keep abreast with emerging technologies around Dynamics 365.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations).
• Proven experience with data migration strategies and tools in D365 environments.
• Strong understanding of project accounting, time tracking, and expense management processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects or workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience migrating data from legacy systems into D365/AX.
• Experience troubleshooting within AX/D365 application.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of planning and execution of data conversion and integration processes.
