Senior Data Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Data Systems Analyst is responsible for leading the onboarding of electronic data trading partners and the success of trading partner implementations. This role also monitors client data submissions and communicates with them in the resolution of data quality issues.

In Short

• Works with partners to guide and assist in creating a data feed according to defined specifications.
• Proactively communicates with trading partners and clients to expedite onboarding.
• Communicates directly with customers on data needs and key deadlines.
• Researches and identifies data quality issues and works with clients to resolve them.
• Fields ongoing partner requests regarding data specifications.
• Reviews files for compliance with data needs and identifies business rules for mapping.
• Configures mapping tool to support data translation and provides documentation.
• Analyzes and communicates trading partner performance regarding data specifications.
• Acts as resident expert for data requirements internally and for clients.
• Leads web-based trainings for clients regarding data specifications.

Requirements
