Area Leader - Northeast - Forensic Architecture & Engineering - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a senior-level Civil/Structural Engineer (PE or SE) to provide technical and operational leadership within our Forensic Architecture and Engineering (FA&E) practice group.

In Short

• Lead a local team of forensic experts and engineers.
• Provide operational management and technical guidance.
• Monitor team performance and metrics.
• Delegate assignments based on skillsets.
• Ensure compliance and uniformity in operations.
• Manage P&L performance and compensation reviews.
• Conduct field observations and data collection.
• Prepare reports detailing observations and results.
• Encourage active involvement in professional associations.
• Travel as necessary for job requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited school.
• PE or SE license required.
• 10 years minimum of engineering experience.
• 5 years minimum of forensic experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and business skills.
• Expert witness experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A desire to learn and grow within the profession.
