Overview

The Applications Portfolio Specialist will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and administration of software applications, focusing on the ServiceNow SAM Pro solution, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Manage ServiceNow SAM Pro module to meet business needs.
• Integrate SAM Pro with other ServiceNow modules as needed.
• Generate reports and dashboards for insights into the SAM Program.
• Administer the software applications portfolio.
• Document software processes and procedures.
• Liaise with business and Technology Services teams.
• Coordinate technical application problems with vendor support teams.
• Develop plans for off-the-shelf and custom-built applications.
• Manage application-related projects aligned with project management standards.
• Ensure effective end-user training programs.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of applications administration experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Vendor and contract management experience.
• Professional level English fluency.
• Ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrated success in a remote role preferred.
