Accounts Receivable Analyst (B2B) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team at J.S. Held, a global consulting firm. This role offers a unique opportunity for a highly driven individual to manage accounts receivable and collections processes while collaborating with project managers and maintaining customer relationships.

In Short

• Effectively collect past due AR using various methods.
• Analyze root causes of non-payment and prioritize collections.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and issue commitment letters.
• Collaborate with project managers on non-payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer payment status.
• Escalate high-risk situations to management.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Embrace training and adhere to departmental processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of collections experience in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with ERP technology, preferably Microsoft D365.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Ownership of assigned portfolio to resolve AR issues.
• Willingness to embrace training and follow guidelines.
