Overview

The Digital Dealer Advisor will play a critical role in driving retail sales and market share by promoting digital knowledge and engagement to the dealer body.

• Act as a trusted digital advisor to the OEM’s Dealer body.
• Exhibit proficiencies in dealership websites, SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Provide support and training on digital marketing products.
• Stay updated on digital trends and align dealers with digital products.
• Conduct regular reporting on digital performance metrics.
• Engage and educate dealers on digital marketing strategy.
• Drive efficiencies in dealer processes to increase sales.
• Consult with dealers on OEM digital systems.
• Work independently while keeping management informed.
• Ability to travel up to 80%.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing with dealerships.
• 3+ years in the automotive industry.
• Understanding of automotive digital marketing and analytics.
• Experience working with dealers on digital marketing programs.
• Engaging personality with strong communication skills.
• Self-starter with project management abilities.
• Ability to lead meetings and deliver clear instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
