Overview

The IT Support Specialist will provide Tier 2 support for operating systems and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring user satisfaction while contributing to IT process improvements and supporting global operations.

In Short

  • Deliver Tier 2 support for operating systems and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Set up and maintain laptops/desktops for staff and contractors.
  • Manage user and group accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Administer Microsoft Exchange mailboxes.
  • Document technical procedures and create guides for internal knowledge.
  • Collaborate with global teams for incident management.
  • Participate in IT-related projects as assigned.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of relevant IT support experience.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred.
  • Experience with Windows 10/11 OS installation and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Exchange Online.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications like ITIL, CompTIA A+, MS-900 preferred.
  • Basic networking knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in global support models is desirable.
  • Familiarity with industrial file transfer tools is an advantage.
  • Media industry experience is desirable.
