Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sedation Specialist for Pool Procedures to expand our interdisciplinary sedation team.

In this responsible role, you will significantly contribute to the safe and high-quality care of our patients during diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical procedures across various specialties.

In Short

  • Conduct analgesic sedation under the delegation of a specialist doctor.
  • Perform sedation for patients under the delegation of the treating physician.
  • Monitor vital signs and care for patients throughout the procedure.
  • Recognize complications early and initiate appropriate emergency measures.
  • Document medications administered, measures taken, and patient data carefully.
  • Establish difficult peripheral venous access and perform complex blood draws.
  • Care for patients with ongoing infusions and ensure continuous monitoring.

Requirements

  • Education: Dipl. Expert in Anesthesia Nursing HF
  • Regularly updated training.
  • Your BLS / ACLS certifications are current or you are willing to refresh them.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and initiative.
  • High flexibility and sense of responsibility.
  • Team-oriented, empathetic, and confident demeanor.
  • Awareness of your strengths and limits.
  • At least three years of professional experience.
  • Experience in performing analgesic sedation.
