Group Workday Lead - Remote

Overview

The Group Workday Lead will oversee the architectural design, configuration, and maintenance of Workday Compensation and Benefits functional areas, ensuring compliance and efficiency in global merit cycles and the US benefits landscape.

In Short

• Lead the configuration of Core and Advanced Compensation in Workday.
• Manage the cyclical Compensation review process for global schools.
• Design and maintain Eligibility Rules and Compensation default logic.
• Serve as the technical lead for US Benefits, including 401k and Medical.
• Manage annual Open Enrollment configuration and testing.
• Act as a Tier 3 support for complex Compensation & Benefits issues.
• Collaborate with leads to ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Translate complex HR requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Create advanced reports and dashboards for leadership analysis.
• Drive adoption of new Workday features for Compensation & Benefits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday configuration experience.
• Deep expertise in Advanced Compensation and US Benefits.
• Proficiency in Calculated Fields, EIBs, Report Writer.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in creating engaging training materials.
• Workday Pro Certification preferred.
• Experience in the Education sector is a plus.
