Senior Consultant/Field Review Team Lead - Remote

Overview

ISN is looking for a Senior Consultant/Field Review Team Leader to help oversee the performance of Compliance Reviews and Specialized Reviews, which includes AdHoc Analysis, Forensic Analysis and Default Analysis of issuers participating (or applying for participation) in the Ginnie Mae MBS program that is vital to the integrity of the programs.

• Oversee Compliance Reviews and Specialized Reviews.
• Conduct AdHoc, Forensic, and Default Analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Ginnie Mae’s program requirements.
• Lead a compliance review or audit team.
• Minimum of eight years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of Ginnie Mae, FHA, VA, and RD mortgages.
• Experience auditing loans post-closing.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Ginnie Mae, FHA, VA, and RD mortgages.
• Experience in audit and compliance in the mortgage industry.
• Minimum of eight years’ experience in compliance review or audit.
• Leadership experience in directing a compliance review team.
• Preferred experience auditing loans prior to selling to investors.
