Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney - Louisville Metro Area - Remote

Overview

Isaacs and Isaacs Personal Injury Lawyers is looking for a personal injury pre-litigation attorney, practicing/licensed in Indiana, to join its growing practice. The pre-litigation attorney will handle primarily motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation but may be asked to handle other personal injury cases such as dog bites and premises liability cases.

• Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships
• Review and investigate personal injury claims
• Handle motor vehicle accident cases in litigation
• Guide clients through the case process
• Gather evidence and relevant documents
• Interact with expert witnesses
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Collaborate with the legal team for case preparation
• Attend training programs and seminars

Requirements

• Kentucky License REQUIRED or must be willing to get licensed in KY
• At least 2 years of Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Experience
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
• Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases
• Strong understanding of personal injury law
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Team player with collaboration skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
