Senior Implementation Associate, Client Delivery - Remote

Overview

JLL is seeking a Senior Implementation Associate to join our Project & Development Services (PDS) Client Delivery team, responsible for providing overall service for complex business needs, including new system setups and technical project support.

In Short

• Collaborate with the global Client Delivery team.
• Set up client deployments and operationalize new systems.
• Support maintenance of tools used by PDS’s global clients.
• Exhibit strong project management skills.
• Implement system configuration for operational deployment.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance of new features.
• Gather feedback from end users on usability.
• Provide technical training and documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of PDS technology product offerings.
• Demonstrate client satisfaction and improvement.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of real estate project management processes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to demo and present to an audience.
• Knowledge of software development and deployment lifecycle is a plus.
• Self-motivated and reliable.
• Bachelor's degree required.
