The Network Service Manager at IRIUM will oversee network services, ensuring high performance and reliability while managing incidents and implementing best practices.

  • Expertise in Major Incident Management, LAN, WLAN, ITIL, and SIAM practices.
  • Knowledge of solutions from Cisco, Juniper, Microsoft, Zscaler, Broadcom, Accenture, AT&T, Verizon, Deutsche Telekom.
  • Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation, Six Sigma, PMP or similar.
  • Fluent in English.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in relevant fields.

  • Certifications in ITIL, Six Sigma, or Project Management.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
