Remote LCSW – Intake, Therapy & Case Management

Overview

This position is for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) focused on intake, therapy, and case management, providing virtual mental health care from home.

In Short

• Conduct intake assessments and establish initial treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to adult patients with various diagnoses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, during PST hours.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an independently licensed LCSW.
• Oregon license strongly preferred.
• Experience in both intake and therapy.
• Comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
• Must have passed ASWB examination.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
