Clinical Research Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Research Project Manager to collaborate with our international teams in establishing and executing clinical research initiatives for our internal, University, and Hospital customers.

In Short

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to initiate, implement, and conclude clinical research projects.
• Oversee junior members of the clinical study team in planning and management of clinical research projects.
• Develop and review study-related documents, such as protocols and consent forms.
• Coordinate with study vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
• Manage research services agreements and scope of work documents.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including study coordinators and investigators.
• Conduct training and manage documentation for contracted studies.
• Assist in preparation of clinical study reports and publications.
• Support Health Economics and Outcomes Research initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or relevant work experience in clinical research.
• Extensive experience in clinical study management.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and GCP guidelines.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with clinical trial budgets and financial management.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
