Overview

The Senior Manager – Investor Services will oversee the administration of private equity funds, ensuring exceptional client service and adherence to timelines while managing a team and improving operational processes.

In Short

• Manage Outlook Inboxes and client information requests.
• Support clients on multiple Private Equity funds.
• Manage investor expectations and deliverables.
• Communicate with other departments for approvals.

Requirements

• Five plus years experience in private equity or public accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting and administration for investment funds.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Benefits
