Senior Associate - Private Equity and Hedge Fund Accounting (CFO Services) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Associate will provide outsourced CFO services to Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds, liaising with clients and external service providers while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

In Short

• Liaise with clients’ external auditors and service providers.
• Deliver outsourced CFO services to Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds.
• Provide daily operational support to clients.
• Create financial models and perform ad-hoc financial analysis.
• Review NAVs, allocations, and reconciliations.
• Prepare expense schedules and management fee calculations.
• Prepare financial statements for funds and management companies.
• Maintain accounting practices for assigned clients.
• Research accounting principles and advise clients.
• Assist in opening clients’ brokerage and bank accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in alternative investment management.
• Public accounting experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Passionate about working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and competently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
