Overview

We are seeking an experienced implementation consultant to join our 100% remote team, helping social benefit organizations optimize their operations through our integrated Finance/HR/Payroll solutions.

• Implement Human Capital Management (HCM) modules for nonprofits, school boards, and government agencies.
• Master the Sparkrock 365 HRP solution.
• Act as a trusted advisor during system transitions.
• Configure client environments for go-live.
• Conduct client meetings for configurations and training.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the implementation process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Demonstrate initiative and proactivity in assignments.

Requirements

• BA/BS required.
• 3+ years as an implementation consultant in HR/Payroll.
• Knowledge of HR and payroll concepts.
• Experience with SDLC during implementations.
• Ability to interpret data for decisions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience interacting with senior management.
