The Director of SaaS Operations at Sparkrock will lead the transformation of mission-critical ERP solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency across all hosted products in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 10+ years in SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Deep experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).
• Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines.
• Incident management experience at scale.
• Cost optimization and capacity planning skills.
• Team leadership in distributed environments.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
