Overview

As a Stake Pool Operator (SPO) Relations Engineer for Midnight Network, you’ll focus on building deep, trusted relationships with SPOs and infrastructure operators, supporting their success, amplifying their contributions, and bridging their needs into our protocol roadmap.

In Short

• Build and nurture relationships with block producers, SPOs, developers, and ecosystem participants.
• Design, build, and maintain scripts, dashboards, and monitoring resources for SPOs.
• Develop high-quality technical documentation and tutorials.
• Provide technical guidance and support to block producers and developers.
• Organize and participate in community events to promote Midnight Network.
• Gather community feedback for protocol improvements.
• Collaborate with DevRel, Product, and Engineering teams.
