Overview

The Corporate Paralegal will support an in-house legal team at IOG, focusing on blockchain technology, by managing various administrative activities and assisting with legal operations.

• Draft, review, and amend contracts and legal documents.
• Organize and manage the Legal Team’s templates.
• Support corporate governance and transactions.
• Ensure timely regulatory filings.
• Liaise with Procurement on contract management.
• Assist with due diligence and legal research.

Requirements
