In this unique role as a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Gameplay Engineer), you will work closely with high profile partners to define, deploy and launch groundbreaking immersive experiences.

In Short

• Work closely with Product + Partnerships teams for successful partner projects.
• Solve technical challenges related to AI character interactions.
• Translate business needs into product requirements.
• Develop vision and prototype immersive experiences.
• Collaborate with C-level executives and industry leaders.
• Work on AI-driven video games and interactive experiences.
• Build 0 to 1 product experiences.
• Engage with strategic partners and present to executives.
• Apply cutting-edge AI research.
• Utilize Unity and/or Unreal Engine for development.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or Game Development.
• 3+ years of Unity and/or Unreal Engine development experience.
• 3+ years of technical experience as a game developer.
• Exceptional product intuition and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with strategic partners.
• Passionate about learning AI research.
• Understanding of LLM prompt engineering.
• Hacker mindset and creative thinking.
• Experience in programming AI and low-level networking is a plus.
