Invoca is seeking a Analytics Services Manager to join our Customer Success Team, responsible for creating and presenting actionable insights to key customers.

In Short

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in Customer Success or Analytics roles.
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Experience with large data sets and presenting insights.
• Excellent time management and presentation skills.
