Requirements

• Previous experience in patient financial services, or a related field is required
• Strong understanding of medical billing processes and insurance claim procedures
• Knowledge of fertility treatment procedures and terminology is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
