Overview

The Conversions Operations Specialist plays an integral role in supporting various processes that facilitate conversion plans onboarding to the client’s platform, managing projects, and providing exceptional service to plan sponsors.

In Short

• Review and record cash and in-kind asset transfers.
• Work with sub-custodians to settle trades.
• Perform reconciliations of invested assets and cash activity.
• Manage operational aspects of the installation process.
• Coordinate with financial advisors and plan sponsors.
• Update and maintain client data within CRM systems.
• Support the creation of written operating procedures.
• Research and resolve issues in processes.

Requirements

• Experience in project management and team initiatives.
• Understanding of mutual funds, stable value funds, and ETFs.
